20mg a day for 1 wk of nov(for gyno...i have some messed up looking nipples)
1st week 250 sus(see how body reacts to it)
2-10 500 sus(10 total weeks of sus)
8-12 400 primo(200 twice a week)
1-15 20mg of nov
and i would like an opinion on dosage of clomid for pct
i think my body fat is somewhere around 20%(but i really dont know,and i know that is high)
dont really want to use more than one thing for first cycle except primo(for lean muscle).....not really trying to turn into a monster yet i want to take things one step at a time
