    This site s the best- best for serious down to earth advice on a serious subject. Thank god for AR cause lets admit it- ya aint gonna get any advice from the local doc- these guys are doing us all a favour and In the interest of good health- oh and research chems are good too.

    I do not want to disparage other sites, but I was a regular on EF before I grew tired of the Romper Room atmosphere, mods acting like nitwits, the constant schilling of their crap products, ugh.

    I'm going to have to agree... this is one of the hardest 'cyber addictions' I've ever had. Tes*****ic put it best, it's just addicting to log on and see what new information is out there and what problems you might be able to help with. Just love it.. not only that but everyone here is usually the FIRST to know when something big goes down, like the *** scandal and when the US raided the AAS suppliers down in Mexico. Truly good information on here.

    As a sidenote.. I love this site no matter what, but being off right now and 'looking forward' to 4 months of dieting/lower calories + more cardio it's not the greatest thing. When I'm on, however... DAMN I'm nuts. I'll make 5 posts in 10 minutes and read every thread on the page. I LOVE being on and being on cycle and being on AR well.... (to sum it all up)

    Good sh*t we got goin' on here bros, keep it up!

    but seriously this site is the SHIT, i dont go out anymore lol, just workout and sit infront of AR. i cant even watch a movie coz everytime i hear that "pling u got mail from AR" sound i pause the movie and log on, and that happens atleast 10-20 times *yes im so addicted so i have the instant mail thingy on*
