Hey guys, these are my stats 5'10 190.. probaly around 14-16% body fat.. I would like to kind of like to lean bulk.. not sure if that is the right term.. I want to loose body fat while staying within the same weight range.. so i would like to build muscle as burning some fat.. possibly get down to 10% .. what do you guys think my diet should look like? what should the ratio's be.. should i do cardio or not? thanks in advance for any help! If i left out any information sorry, just let me know what i need to tell you guys!
