Today i was doing curls with dumbells on the preacher bench,and my right side bicep made a popping sound i immediatly put the weight downand looked at my bicep and it was swollen.But not only was it swollen my bicep has moved downward like if the top part of my bi is not attached. I went to the e/r and all they did was give me some motrin and told me to see a specialist on monday.Can anybody tell me what kind of damage i may have did? I dont seem to have alot of pain it just feels real sore and looks deformed.
