well yes laws regarding AAS have become a big serious crime now.. and there was a bust of some sort on the mexican companies a little while ago..

old stock probably... id imagine they shipped out 10s of 1000s of vials a month youll see it floating around for a while... hell i knew a dude that would recap their vial after he was done and sell it was new with homebrew and or steril oil depending on who you were
