    Angry Need Help w/ cut cycle and Fat Loss.Please!

    ok, first about me. Im 33 5'10" 266lbs about 27% body fat.I work out alot (5-6 Days).Im already thick and strong, now i want lean muscle mass.Diet as of the last 6 weeks has been good.I consider myself athletic in many ways.Though Im super ****ing tired of putting in so much work and not seeing the results i would like.So heres what im working with, Winny depot, Deca, Anavar, Primobolan depot. and Clen.Thinking of including a little Test (C) to offset the Deca but really dont want the weight gains????. Ive done alot of reaseach online but im hoping to catch someone here who knows or has been in my position. My first cycle is to last 10 weeks.Should i include all of the above? Something else? Less ?
    Recommendations with what i have please. I know diet is important and ive been doing well at that.Im looking for some great gains in leaning out,So i will try anything at this point. my goal is to drop body fat for this cycle to 20% and weight down to 240 lbs.Is that something obtainable? And then on to the next cycle till im a lean 220lbs at 15% body fat (for me that would be lean).I would be so happy.Please help

    Since this is your first post, and since you posted your STATS before we had to ask like 99% of the newbies.....lolol I will try to be nice here.

    I think with a BF% that high, I think you are gonna hear a lot say not to do AAS yet until you get your BF down. You might want to check the diet forum and see if you TRULY are on as strict a diet as you think you are. You may not want to hear this BUT DIET is 90% + of what you want to acomplish.
    AAS is NOT a magic pill that will take the fat away for you! If your diet is not in line, then AAS will be a waste of your money

    My opinion would be to start with CARDIO twice a day, morning /night , the calorie reduction and split the calories into 5-6 small meals a day minimum . One every 3 hours! You need Protein, carbs (correct carbs) and correct Fat as well. again please check the diet forum cause it is too much to retype here.
    You may try the clen before any AAS this should help burn calories too, but only if you are willing to do the work that goes with it.

    A lot of people come on here and say their diet is "strict" or "inline" but when it comes down to doing it CORRECTLY, they usually are far off the mark.

    I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I hate to see ya waste your money

    a smart thing to do is right down everything you eat number of calories and protein and carbs you will surprised how bad your diet is trust me i was surprised and corrected it and lost 10 percent bodyfat in 4 months hard diet and cardio.

    Just worry about losing fat and not the weights at this point. So listen to SMAN. Your diet has to be correct to make your body use it's stored energy to survive. I would not worry about how strong you are right now and concentrate on losing fat. No AAS is needed to lose fat. I would recommend clen for sure. ECA stack is good and correct usage of t3. You need to be getting most of your carbs from vegs and fruits. Stay away from starch and sugars. Once you lose the fat you need to get down to <15% then do AAS. Don't get that stupid fat comfort blanket syndrome and worry about getting smaller and weaker. I know from experience going from 230 - 188lbs within 3 months. Strict diet and lots of cardio and moderated training. I now weigh 212lb @ 13-14%bf and strong as ever. I'm a medium-small frame guy. I suspect you are large frame?

    It doesn't matter how much you can bench when you're at the beach with a 40" waist.

    I would say maybe a relatively short cycle with some test and winstrol. followed with a pct of clen.

    Or better yet save the AAS and just do a cycle of clen with some mild cardio. I am on my fourth day of clen and have already lost 4 pounds (I feel small)

    steriod help burn fat get pissed if you want I have used steriod to go from fat to buff very fast 270 to 230 15weeks 40 lbs change my goal was to go from line man to line backer I did now this was awhile ago all I can tell you is you will see more results and fast er with steriod and want to keep dieting after wards to. how much of each thing do you have then a does can be figured out also my diet was perfect no carbs excpt veg and lots of protien andlots of cardio pluss lots of lifting as of right know 6-2 235 and strong by most peoples standers

    Thanks to all.How much clen per dose and times per day were you taking to obtain that lose? Will it make me feel jittery?
    Also i will better evaluate my diet and do more cardio for sure.
    Heres my plan even though the body fat needs to come down first.
    My attitude is F**k It iam a science project now. i will diet and work out hard.Want big gains as long as i dont die in the process.

    WD 150 mg (split EOd) entire 10 weeks
    Deca 300 mg Wk first 8 weeks
    Test C. 100mg wk first 8 weeks
    Anavar 80 mgs ed last 8 weeks
    primobolin 350 mgs last 4 weeks or should i just exclude till the 2nd cycle?
    Clen 1 tab 2xs a day for 2weeks on 2 off through the ten weeks.
    PCT for 2-3 weeks of week 11-14.

    During this time i will be taking Milk Thistle, Cranberry extract, Multi VT, 5HTp and a good Protien shake that includes creatine & glucosamine
    Anyones thoughts PLease....Iam i crazy?

    I think that you will be fine deca last a long time so stager it so you are still takeig something for 4 weeks after your last deca ahot like start winny week 2
