First I wanted to ask if Dextrose is the same as Dextrosole we have in Sweden? That is fruitsugar in powder form, if it's not I don't know were to get it. This fruitsugar is 91g carbs out of 100g and 0 fat, 0 protein and has 371kcal. Is this good to take after workout?
I also wanted to ask if it is important to have dextrose after the workout even on a cutting diet?
I also tried tuna with mayo and that was very nice, is it ok to have a regular mayo that contains 51g fat on your tuna when cutting or should I avoid it then?
