    1st cycle

    I am going on 21 in July (which I know is kind of young but I think I have the experience) I am 6', 224 lbs, about 19% body fat I have been weight lifting for the last 8 years and have done pretty good naturally but I'm ready to really dedicate myself for the summer and think its a good time for my 1st cycle. I will probably start my cycle in about 2 weeks but I want to make sure I have all my numbers right before I begin

    1-10 Test E 250Mg a week
    1-10 Deca 200Mg a week
    Nolva 20 mg Ed plus I bought extra just in case
    Start Clomid therapy 3 weeks after last shot of E
    I got some Clen to help me eat alot after the cycle is over without gaining too much weight once I stop.
    Also some injectable B-6 and B-12

    Since this is my first I dont wanna take too much so do you think I can get by without taking double the Test E compared to Deca?

    I also have had gyno since puberty and want to make sure it doesn't get out of control on this cycle and would love to even see it go away maybe with good PCT, should letro and T3 be added or would that be to much for PCT?

    First off, you should drop down to a lower bf%, 13-14% preferably.

    As for the cycle, I'd bump the test to 500mg, deca 300mg, and move the cycle longer. 13 weeks of test, 12 weeks of deca.

    I'd drop the deca all together. Test is more than enough for a first cycle. But if you want to run both, that's cool too

    As for PCT, letro and t3 is a bad idea. Puberty gyno cannot be removed from letro, and t3 durring PCT is a bad choice as you'll lose a lot of gains.

    Agreed..

    you should really hit up the diet forum and learn a little bit about nutrtion before hitting up a cycle. You say you are ready but at your BF percentage I think you are from from ready.

    Exactly. Get rid of that Deca. I take my T3 while on a heavy test cycle. But for a first cycle I wouldn't even be thinking of T3. Drop it.

    If you have gyno or have had it I would find something that is less androgenic.

    He should be running some sort of Test@500mgs with propper PCT lined up and propper AI's on hand just in case. He should also go to the diet forum and read up on propper nutrtion because most newbies think juice is what makes them grow. They think they can take in 1500 cals a day and grow.

    right mate sort your diet out and crank up the cardio.....try and lose some bf.......
    as for the cycle lose the deca it is not needed for your 1st cycle...
    test only 500mg weekly 1-12 weeks will be more than enough.........
    make sure you have any ancillerays you think you may need for during the cycle and sort your pct out before you start anything............................

    I second that. I mean 224 at 6' isnt bad, but at 19% bf you are pushing it. At 10% you would be around 200lbs and after training for 8 years you should realize something isnt right to have not gained more, and I don tmean in your waist. Really concentrate on your diet and workout/cardio routine and begin with a Test only cycle as booz said.

    I have a pretty clean diet and do a lot of cardio I am just naturally a big guy who comes from family of big people. I took a class last semester of playing racquetball for an hour straight 3 days a week and Tuesday and Thursday running for 45 minutes pretty hard and somehow gained 4 pounds throughout last semester. I'm thinking hopefully my body having some extra test in it maybe be just what it needs to do the trick. You think maybe doing a month Clen and T3 before the cycle might be closer to the right idea?

    I think you need to hit the diet forum first before you blame it on genetics and look for compounds to fix it. A lot of guys have come from outrageous bf to real lean. I came from 318lbs, so don't think it can't be done.
