    Pics...new member

Finally got some remedial pics taken, and courage to post. Scuze my fur coat...I'm a HAIRY son of a b!tch. I have never had BF% measured, was guessing maybe like 12%. I've been back in the gym since Oct '05. So about 7 months in from 1st pic. 2nd pic is about a month ago before I began my current diet...which is more or less a clean bulk (I need size!) Remainder of pics from today (5/7).

    Stats:

    Age: 21
    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 176 lbs.
    BF%?

Any and all comments/suggestions/whatever greatly appreciated. Was wondering what I could work on to fill out more in proportion. Any questions, ask away.

Much improvement brother. Looking solid at a 13%bf or so. Hard to tell with the fur coat. Keep it up, and shave your hairy ass. haha

Dude, I hate shaving. It grows back so quick, it seems almost pointless. Plus I have to get my girl to do my back for me, and though she won't admit it, I'm sure it's torture.

Looking good bro. Before you consider waxing, watch "40 year old Virgin" then make your decision

Looking real thick for only 176 lbs. Could be the fur coat though adding that extra 1/2 inch to the front and back...

waxing is cool, takes about 6 weeks to grow back, unless your taking test, in my experience. looking good mate, would look much leaner and 'buff' minus the animal patches

Use hair removal creme or buy a special electric shaver for body hair, a guy at my gym bought one and he is really soft now on his chest and arms. I was very impressed how good it was.

Your body looks good, pretty good symmetri, just keep training like you do and it will be fine.

Diet is good. I need to get a scale so I can start weighing my food though. Only been able to go by 'cup' measurements. I love eating food, so I'm getting it all down easy. Taking in around 3500 kcal atm. Up to 178 today. I think may be a little water though.

Eating a lots of oatmeal, chicken breast, tuna, and natty PB. Delicious.

Looking good. Keep Eating and you'll get there. One thing i did in high school and it's NOT for everyone was to eat 5 lbs. of peanut butter a week. That helped me gain 30 lbs. in six months.
