Need to help someone with winny before they hurt themselves

hey i have a friend (surely not me) who bought a bottle of winstrol.

He doesn't know how to take it and came to me to ask for help.

Now if many of you know me I'm all about gaining weight, I'll never take winstrol as it gives me no purpose.

None the less he knows I'm on the site a lot and came to me for advice but couldn't help him.

All I know is you have to take winn everyday, but that's it.

I searched all over here and failed to come ou with an easy guide

how many mgs a day/week/how long/how many ccs/ idk everything

Why would he buy a bottle of AS and have no idea how to cycle it?? Thats just asking for trouble.

Tell him he needs a test ester as his base before starting his cycle.

Then tell him to get his a$$ in gear and join AR so he can do plenty of research prior to starting his cycle. If he is unsure of anything he can post questions and there are plenty of educated users here that can help him out.
