I have seen allot of information about fish, tuna, chicken breast, and so on but I have not seen anything about hamburger. My wife is making a batch of stuffed peppers tonight and I don’t want it to interfere with my new cutting diet I started a week ago. I have been going strong with the diet and I don’t want to ruin it by eating a half serving of stuffed pepper. She is making it out of 92% lean meat and adding garlic, onions and so on. She is baking the peppers BUT will be adding red sauce to them. I just was wondering if I could get away with eating a half pepper or not.
