BUMP It up to at least 500mg per week. As it appears to be your first cycle. Enth is long estered and you typically wont feel the "kick" until about week 6-8 There are those on this board who say they can feel it as early as week 4. As a suggestion you may want to thow some D-bol to kick start your cycle for the first 4-5 weeks.

250 mg is not much.
Most start with at least 500mg.
You will never gain as best as the first one...make it worth it!
Do a search on low dose cycles. You'll be surprized at what 250/wk will do for you! Anyone who says 250/wk will do nothing (1st cycle)have obviously have not tried it so they just jump on the bandwagon and repeat b/s without any real knowlege.
Stats, cycle history and how long you been training?
what are your goals for the cycle?

keep it at least 4000cals a day. I have done test E at 300mg per week and had very good results. You can always increase it if you need to.
Also less sides at that amount.

What you mean AT LEAST 500mg? its his first cycle he definelty should not go OVER 500 mg. 250 is a little low but u can make good gains from 250-500 mg a week if its your first cycle.Originally Posted by husky21
