Rotate the injection sites around the body, glutes, quads,bi's,tri's,delts and pecs.

I usually hit 3 areas of my quad, 2 areas in a glute, and one area in delt (they're too small to re-hit).

I still always rotate. Hitting different areas just helps prevent scar tissue.

I would be interested in knowing where the 3 areas are if you dont mind explaining it. I'm thinking of flexing my quad and looking at the side muslce and splitting it in two, lower and upper. Is that how its done ?

I hit my outer upper quad, almost by my hip flexor, but in the thick portion.

I also hit my lower outer quad.

The third is the center muscle near the top.

I've heard others say they shoot the teardrop muscle on th lower inner quad by the knee, but I'm not that brave.

Remember, you have two quads, two delts, two glutes, etc.... No reason to shoot the same muscle twice in a week.

Depends - your goal is to hit a muscle body with a decent intermuscular injection without hitting any major blood vessels or nerves. Each muscle group has it's key area(s)... and I guess it would depend on how large your respective muscle is, as well...

I do hit the same muscle in diff spots(top left and bottom right bicep) same with my traps, lats and tri's. If i'm doing 3cc's in the bi's, it helps with that un-natural "peak" so the muscle does'nt look as swollen.
