never thought about that but i dont think so, when the glands grow the nipples get really sore so i dont think it will come without symptoms.
maybe urs is just fat or water ?

I do not have gyno but a friend seems to have developed it but claims that he did not have any symptoms

Not all ppl have sore nipples, some ppl have had allways unsensetive nipples.
And if you already have some mild gyno from childhood, it may get worce without realy feeling it.

i had a lil gyno since puberty and they grew during cycle and it was sore as a mother****er

So to the original poster, if there is no symptoms, as in no lumps, no puffyness, well than how would he think he has gyno? I dont understand this at all. Im not tryin to be a dick but I really cat wrap my head around this, its like me saying well I dont feel pressure in my head, my head doesnt hurt, but hey do I have a headache?

Gyno is the enlargement of the mamm gland behind your nipple, simple as that. If you dont have a lump you dont have a lump. No gyno.

His areolas seem to be protruding. Like there is extra tissue there. Man this is kinda hard to explaine.
