So I use a multi grain pancake mix, you knid find those almost anywhere.
1 cup of the mix
1/2 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
2 scoops whey (vanilla or banana flavor)
2 eggs
1 tbs grape seed oil
1 cup skim milk
Mix all together, lightly oil up ur pan ( i use a drip of oil and a cotton ball)
heat up the pan then pour ur mix.
Slice up a banana into small slices (3-5 mm each)
then place the slices over the pancake as its cooking.
Using large spatula flip the pancake, that will also cook the banana.
Remove when cooked , add some honey on top and ENJOY a hell of pro/carbs/EFA packed pancake
Totals:
~170 grams carbs (75 from the mix, 25 from banana, 30 from oats, 10 from milk, 30 from the whey and honey
~100 grams protein (50 from whey, 15 from the mix, 5 from the oats, 10 from the milk, 15 from eggs)
~30 grmas fat (10 Sat, 20 non-sat)
~1300 cals
