4days for enanthate? I think you are mistaken.

Once/wk would work fine but twice/wk is optimal.

I believe it is more like 10.5 days active halflife for the ester enanthate.

most enan tests i've used were 14 day half life so i'd just split my weekly dose into 2 injections per week.

.5^(day/half life)
day = the day from the shot, i.e. if you shot yesterday then day = 2.
half life in this case is 6. from my research. you'll find at a shot ed it stabilizes around day 6. let me do a quick example cause I dont think I'm explaining it well:
this is ed shots:
day one = .5^(1/6)
day two = .5^(1/6) + .5^(2/6)
day three = .5^(1/6) + .5^(2/6) + .5^(3/6)
etc...

250mg every other day is 875mg per week... 250mg E3D is 583mg per week.

500mg E4D is 875mg per week... 500mg E5D is 700mg per week.

Anyone of those would keep blood levels basically stable - the closer the injections the better though. If my goal was something around 750mg/wk of TE, I would probably just do 500mg E4D.

250mg EOD would be better if you wanted to mix it with something hooked with a lighter ester requiring more frequent injections anyway... or you simply like the act of injecting in itself But more frequent injections means more chance of scarring... so you'll need to rotate...

2 days is fine. But I don't see what would be wrong with 250 3 days per week. I think it would keep the levels stable. Say Monday, Wed, Fri injects.

i would just inject 3x a week like cfiler said, i seen some other threads on here where people were injecting test E more frequently then twice a week at higher dosages. I mean if you don't have a problem with injections then go for it, i can only see you benefitting from it, like cfiler said 3x a week would keep levels more stable
