    Red Face, Steriod Caused?

I have been doing steriods for nearly one year. I'm very fair complextion, a red head. I'm not in the sun that much, wear 60+ sun block but cannot get rid of this red face. It looks like a sun burn. A friend suspected I might be suffering from Rosacea. I never had these problems before the Steriods. Is this an allergy? I know your skin is more sensitive on steriods, but this is irratating. Anyone else have these problems? I like the gains I'm making on my latest cycle and hate to quit. My blood tests revealed higher cholesterol (92 vrs 137), and my red blood count was slightly high. I gave blood at the red cross to lower the RBC. Any suggestions?

Take 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in the morining and 2 tablespoons at night. Get this apple cider vinegar..
    http://www.bragg.com/products/applecidervinegar.html

It lowers your cholesterol and helps with blood pressure. And does alot of other things. It has to be the vinegar with the mother in it. Raw, organic. My mom took it and it lowered her blood pressure and cut her cholesterol in half. Her doctor told her to take it.

I take blood pressue (Lotrel). It's under control. I just assumed it was a form acne. It's not red like sun burn. I check blood pressue 2x daily.

    Excellent suggestion though.

I have been getting the same thing for the past week. It started when I added Proviron to the end of my cycle. Face looks flushed and sunburned.

I checked my Blood Pressure and it was up a bit... but not at dangerous levels. I just bought Hawthorne Berry supplements and trying to see if it helps. I read on the board that it does... but not sure yet.

Did donating blood help you at all noticeably???? I'm thinking to do the same.

I have the redness in my face and torso. I've had it since last sept. My blood pressure is fine. I always look like I have a mild sunburn. I'm on test e and proviron.

Supposedly high levels of estrogen can cause facial flushing.
