im wondering if gyno can present itself 3 weeks into this cycle?

i read Bino's Gyno thread on prevention and reversal - so if i do have, i will start the letro today (bought from AR-R) Ill get into the administration later if needed...

what im feeling is in my right pec...to the left of my nipple (lateral side) and very deep (i really have to press down to find it) there is kind of a lump, its alomost flat but there is a slight lump apprx the size of an oval nickel and i really have to apply some pressure to feel any discomfort, but there is a little.

nipples are not puffy nor sensative.

i attached a photo taken last night - i didnt start feeling this until i laid down to go to sleep. the pictures were taken earlier in the evening for my log in the memeber cycle forum, so it wasnt taken with the gyno in mind...

im towards the end of week 3 of the following planned cycle...nolva has been on since day 1 at 10mg ED

Firstly there shouldn't be ANY type of lump in that area.
Secondly, why conjecture? You're on aas and therefore susceptible, so begin anti-gyno protocol and be done with it.

since you say your b/f % is about 20 & it looks that way....I think you should try to drop some b/f & see what happens..I think its problably fat since your nips arent sensitive or puffy.Lose the weight & I would be the fatty deposit get drastically smaller & maybe even gone. It sure wont hurt to run PCT though.

the thing im questioning is this lump is offset to the left of the nipple, my nipples arent soar or senative.

but if i touch the lump, it is a little tender almost like a small bruise would feel?

so is this gyno?

Your right pec seems a little larger around the areola than the left pec. Could be the onset of gyno IMO. I would definatley start the letro course and see how it goes. Your nipples don't necessarily have to be sore.

Stay on the cycle, it will help with any sexual sides letro may give you with a high dose anyways. BTW I dont quite understand where the lump is...Its not under your nipple but to the left? And you say its on your right pec but left of the nipple yet lateral side. Left side of your right nipple would be the medial side not lateral so Im just a little confused is all.

But either way stay on the cycle and get back to me where the actual lump is. May wanna start some letro if you feel its gyno.

Honestly, from just the pics I don't see anything. But you should run prevention anyways. I agree with the others, tighten up the diet.

Bino, my mistake...the lump im feeling is off to the right of the right nipple (lateral) side...sorry for the confusion.

i started your letr protocal yesterday. today i took .50mg and dropped the nolva.

the lump as i mentioned is NOT behind the nipple like everyone says it should be, rather just off to the right...just off the edge of the nipple. close but not behind. i also read allot about a "pea" size lump, what i felt is oval and a little larger than a jelly bean.

anyhow, today it is not nearly as tender or soar to the touch and it does not feel as such a "lump" its feels as if its flattening out.

is is possible that this was something else and not gyno?

anyhow, letro has been started and im on day 2 of the treatment. i will ramp up to the 2.50mg and deppending on how i feel, will stay on, then ramp back down to .25 or .50 ED through the end of the cycle.

what do you think?
