Just got my Ldex... how should the dosages be on this cycle?

10mg nolva Everynight before bed

i just got my ldex from aar and was wondering how many sprays i should take and when?

i wanna try to keep my bloat to a minimum and ive been bloating up and down like crazy

Don't know about "pumps or sprays", I use a syringe(no needle of course)for accurate dosing- For that cycle you could very easily get away with .5mg twice a week and control any bloating.

Are you prone to gyno? Cause with just using cypionate, you shouldn't need much of anything. When i used ldex id do .25mg ed, so i don't know how youd measure the spray. Perhaps you can open the bottle and take a slin syringe and pull out .25mg that way.

well i ordered this stuff off this site and it says 30mL 1mg/mL
so 10 squirts of this stuff is 1mg?

1mg=1ml in this case. So just get one of your syringes, remove the pin and withdraw the desired amount. I really do not like the idea of trusting my dose of a powerful compound like ldex to a pump-it is just no good. BTW unless he changed it you should love the apple flavor it has, stuff kicks ass.

they didn't give you like a little syringe thing without a needle? Yeah, don't use those sprays, they seem too unprecise, I don't know how many times I've gotten squirts that felt like half of a squirt heh

the little syringe without the needle i got with the nolva i ordered so with this syringe i should only measure up to just 1 correct? as if i was taking 10mgs of nolva i would take bring it up to 5?
