yes typically bulking....but i would say it all depends on timing and portion sizes, if you really must have some pasta it would be best post or preworkout, and with some protein mixture in there to make it a pro/carb meal...but imo better carbs can be used...i would try to get some whole wheat pasta PPWO and a nice homemade tomato sauce without sugar added or olive oil added, and maybe a chicken breast...there you go....italian i guess
yea it is always homemade sauce!! Canned sauce? never.
What about pizza, too fatting right?
pizza is too fatty.
if you like pasta try spaghetti cooked al dente: they won't peak your insulin levels

true itlian diet is infact very healthy... it is "americanized" here in the states
probably the best diet is the mediterean oneyummy too!
