    a number of newbie questions

    Hey all, Im new to this site and I need some help. Iam 5'11 and weigh about 219 pounds, Iam 24 years old. I really dont know what to ask for because Iam just a newbie. But I feel I have gained a lot of weight because I never weighed this much before, I must say Iam much stronger though, but I do have love handles and want to take care of them. I do lift weights but thats about it, Ive never gone deep into this and I want to.

    So my question, should i just jump and start lifting weights more or watch my diet or ? I basically eat anything and dont watch what I eat. Also, I do have some gear but there is no way im taking it because I dont know jack squat about this and want to learn everything there is to know before I jump. Just a hypothetical question, what would happen if I took dbol right now, would nothing happen ? Its not like i will do it, just curious thats all. Again iam totally lost and in need of some guidance from you folks. Any info you need I

    Try posting you deit up inthe deit forum.
    Then try posting your work out routine in the workout qestion's forum.

    get your diet in check and lift for a couple of years before useing any steriods. and do research first.
    and if you take dbol you will gain weight and then lose it all. for a first cycle do test only. dbol only cycles suck. and what about pct and some anti estrogen you dont want b1tch tits do you?

    dont worry too much about weights/stats etc just make sure you know you to perform key exercieses so as to isolate muscle groups and nail your training right. eat sensibly but dont pack it in if you have a few cheat meals
