Hey all, Im new to this site and I need some help. Iam 5'11 and weigh about 219 pounds, Iam 24 years old. I really dont know what to ask for because Iam just a newbie. But I feel I have gained a lot of weight because I never weighed this much before, I must say Iam much stronger though, but I do have love handles and want to take care of them. I do lift weights but thats about it, Ive never gone deep into this and I want to.
So my question, should i just jump and start lifting weights more or watch my diet or ? I basically eat anything and dont watch what I eat. Also, I do have some gear but there is no way im taking it because I dont know jack squat about this and want to learn everything there is to know before I jump. Just a hypothetical question, what would happen if I took dbol right now, would nothing happen ? Its not like i will do it, just curious thats all. Again iam totally lost and in need of some guidance from you folks. Any info you need I
