It looks like antacid pills to me.
Try taking them after a large meal of exotic, spicy foods and if they settle your stomach, you'll know that you were screwed.
Generic pills can be made in any shape, color, and size. However, these do not look like name brand anti-estrogen pills. So if they are legit then they were most likely manufactured by some underground pharmaceutical company.
Arimidex is white. There are some generic anastrozole that are light blue.
Femara is light brown.
Aromasin are also white.
Tamoxifen are also generally white.

Those pills look too large and have no identifiers stamped on them which leads me to believe that they are some OTC medication probably an antacid or for acid reflux.
However there is no way to tell. They have so many generic labs out there who can make any sized pills in any shape or color.
