Can N E 1 explain exactly why test can make you tired?

I think I might be feelinf effects/symptoms of my test now, in week 5.

    1. I'm tired as hell. Thought I was overtraining but after a week off I feel the same.

    2. I feel very hot in my head (Best way I can describe it).
If I eat foods high in sodium this feeling worsens considerably.

Why does this happen and can/should I do something about it besides the obvious ie lower sodium and generally eat healthy.
I havent had the energy to do my cardio either. Should I just suck it up and try to?

1- the tiredness issue i experienced because of my kidney, check ur water intake
2- the head feeling in blood pressure, avoid salt if it's the effective on ur blood pressure.

I had the same symptoms. The cause for me was an increased red blood cell count - which steroids cause. The increase blood cells increase blood pressure and gave me a tired feeling. Also, I had "full" or warm feeling from the extra rbc's. I solved it by donating blood. I felt better immediately.

I drink a lot of water and take hawthorn berry/CQ10 for BP. Yea, I had to eat this steak one day that had way too much seasoning on it and after I ate it I was soo damn flushed in my face and just felt awful.

But why does this happen? lol.

I would drink more water and like said above about the rbc, that could be an issue also. Check your bp and see where you are. I am experiencing similiar symptoms. I just had blood work done and am waiting for the results to come back. My bp is alot higher then normal.
