Test injections at 500mg

Is it fine to inject test one day a week at 500mg or is it best to split it into 250mg twice a week? btw can you get 500mg test rather than 250mg, that way cant you use 500mg to inject just once a week? same effect?

What kind of test are you talking about. most esters require more than one shot a week. Some esters are daily, or EOD

more frequent shots, provide more stable blood levels, in moderation and depending on what you are taking.

If it is al ong ester like test e you could do it once a week but I would split it and get a more stable blood level. The ester is long enough for once a week but keep in mind that is more at a HRT and not prime for body building purposes.

I would recommend twice EW if its Test E or C. Prop EOD or ED for me.
