Tae kwon do without the usual protective gear that is unusual.

Nice 360 i never seen this in 7 years of tkd, and tought you only saw this in movies.

Most tkd fighters dont protect themselve well and thats what happens. BANG

It looks like he spun just to give his body some momentum and then just did a small hop to change his feet positioning and hit him with a high kick. I usually jump with the same foot Im kicking with, but he sure landed it nice.

Worst is that this art has not evolved at all in the whole time i have been off, 10 years off and i went back in 2000 to watch a competition nothing new.

is anyone gonna say that he never had his hands up???? had his hands up plenty , but anyone with any martial arts experience knows that with a powerful kick like that, either a spin kick or a 360 roundhouse like that TKD guy threw that it don't matter if your hands are up it will still knock you out. I think it's so immature to down other Martial Arts. Good Taekwondo players are awesome athletes.
