no, but good for you bro...but i could not live without my whey
what else have you changed? dropping whey is simply decreasing your protein intake (unless supplementing it with another protein source of course). dropping creatine simply means less water retention in cells. there's obviously something else you're missing in this equation.Originally Posted by BUSTERCAT
