BOOZ, this is my 2nd run with GH, last time I did 5on2off at 4IU's. Great for holding gains Post Cycle at that dosage, but more is necessary IMO to make mass gains during.

I'm a genious!!!! Well I was going to train on a 3day routine EOD, First 10wks. (Doggcrap has some interesting training ideas)
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, Tri's
Day 2: OFF
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Back, bi's, traps/abs.
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: REPEAT.
BREAK: Here I'll take 1 1/2weeks off from training.
Next 10wks I will switch to my old routine(something like this).

1: Chest, calves
2: Back, abs
3: OFF
4: Legs
5: Arms/calves
6: OFF
7: Shoulders/abs
8: OFF
