    My first real diet!!! Any Pointers Great!

    I am 20 Years Old, 6'3", 208lbs. 7 1/2%. My goal is to put on muscle mass but seeing as it is summer I am not going to straight bulk. I want to put on all lean mass, while staying at the same bf% or going a little lower.

    Lifting 4-5 times a week and cardio 3-4 times a week

    Meal 1: CAL, 560. CARB, 38g. PRO 82g. FAT, 7g

    1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked
    1 1/2 scoops Optimum Whey
    Cottage Cheese

    Meal 2: CAL,465. CARB,55g. PRO,45g. FAT,6g.

    Boneless Skinless Chiken Breast
    Brown Rice
    Apple

    Meal 3: CAL,380. CARB,36g. PRO,45g. FAT,5g.

    Chicken
    Sweet Potatoe

    PWO: CAL, 410 CARB 90g, PRO 50g, FAT 2g
    2 scoops optimum whey
    14oz. grape juice

    Meal 4: CAL,900. CARB,20. PRO,120. FAT,38.

    Steak
    Broccilli
    Sweet Potateo

    Meal 6: CAL, 290, CARB 7g, PRO, 28g, FAT 15G

    Flaxseed Oil
    cottage Cheese

    DAILY TOTAL. Calories-3005
    Carbs-256g
    Protien-368g
    Fats-73g

    Any advice...how does it look?

    Where's meal 5? PPWO? NO grape juice PWO. Get yourself some dextrose/maltodextrin.

    Prob don't need that much protein for breakfast. And meal 4..mixed macros, and 120g protein isn't gonna get utilized in one sitting...make another meal out of it.
