    back at it again

    hey guys here i go again starting a new cycle this year been 3 yrs sence I last did one .. Gonna start out with a not so good cycle after that I will do an even better one. The pic is of me about 1 yr after the cycle and I realy didn't know what I was doing . it's hard for me to gain and when I do I gain it in the wrong places ... here are my stats

    35 yrs
    work out 3x week weights
    the pic is terrible and I looks like shit for sure I will keep you posted on my progress week to week any suggestions??
    BTW only doing 500mg sustanon a week for 10 weeks

    Do not touch anything. Your diet/plan is flawed... obviously. Fix that first.

    Definently don't need any gear right now. You need to develop a better understanding of diet and working out in general before you jump on anything. Go to the diet forum, read read read. Go to the workout forum, read read read. Then after about a week of reading everything about diet and working out, evaluate what you are doing wrong.

    You DON'T eat enough, I don't even need to know your diet to see that.

    In your position using gear is the easy way out. It should be used to push you past your potential, not to help you get there.

    eat lots of good food and train hard, i think you will be able to do a lot with those 2 factors for at least the next 6-12 months

    Suggest you post your daily diet in the Diet forum for critiquing.. That'd serve your better than any cycle we could setup for you.

    not the best pic but adding on some pounds ..... what do u guys think and what would be a good second cycle after all is said and done

    Hahaha... I hate to say it... well before I do, let me say... my wife's ex before me liked her to put her fingers in his butt and not only that but he wanted her to poke him with her dildo. Whatever his gig was, it wasnt mine. When we first got together she was under the impression all men like fingers and dildos up the butt, so she tried to give me the finger treatment and even came at me with the the dildo, but I had to tell her....     lol well i dont think u guys should torture the poor guy heh heh.

    listen man these guys are right i surfed this forum hours and hours on end soaking in all the knowledge they had to offer for 6 months b4 i even made this acct .. anyways long story short u need to live in the diet and lifting technique forum for a while and it will show you how to gain trust me.... er dont trust me trust them.

    k, r u even readin what everyone is posting? u wanted the advice of this board, well they told u stay off the juice. Honestly, this comment jus blows my mind. after endless comments saying to tweak ur diet, go to the diet forum, don't touch any gear, ur response is "wht would be a good second cycle?" READ WHT THE MEMBERS ARE WRITING TO YOU
