I have read up on both but and they both claim to be the best type of creatine. I know Kre-alkaline claims to be 100% absorbant so i dont know how anythign can get much better than that and ive heard CEE takes about 6 hours to actually get into the muscles but whenever ppl talk about creatine they tell others to take CEE. I was wondering what ppls thoughts were on these and if any1 has tried both and has seen better results with one over the other.
