Most plungers have a rubber tip that is pointed to compensate for the needle. The amount left in is miniscule (sp) but if you are really worried, you can start by drawing some B-12 in the syringe first, then draw your compound that way if there is anything left in the syringe, it will be B-12 or you can use cottonseed or grapeseed STERILE oil as well.
