Well I've been dieting and doing 45min cardio x 3/wk. It's amazing the results you can get from diet and cardio alone...with (EFA stack included). This IS the magic bullet for all who are looking for the short cuts. A little sweat, dedication and persistence. You just have to put in work. It's not easy at first but it becomes enjoyable (im my case anyway). I feel awesome after 45 min of busting my ass with cardio.
So, i've FINALLY got my diet down, cardio and lifting are going well. I was wondering, when I start my Tren/Prop/Winny should I see my BF loss kick into Overdrive? I've hear a lot of guys on here say that once they began their Tren/prop the fat just started to melt away. Any validity to this? Speak from personal exp. if you wish to comment.
