Hi guys,
Been searching and reading , re-reading, and reading some more trying to figure out exactly the best way to use PWO glucose.
Not wanting to venture into using insulin YET, I wanted to boost my recovery and growth reception by using glucose tablets post workout.
What amount would be a good starting point to take post workout, or if you can direct me to the proper thread that would be great to. I have read a bunch of thread by Pinnicle and my eyes are going in circles.
