Is it beneficial to use creatine for workouts not involving much free weight use? Like mostly pushups/pullups etc....
i think it would be beneficial, just not necesarilly as beneficial and strength training. one thing i'd be careful with would be the dehydration. i'm sure you've got the water part covered, but that'd worry me more with those types of exercises.

sure...if you do not get enough creatine in your diet from whole foods...
