I'd say around 14% body fat - but the lighting in these isn't that great.
If the legs match the top you got a great base started for only 21 years old.
    Keep it up brother!

And quit eaten all that Sweet N Low - that stuff will kill ya!

i was 11-13% water tested around that time, so i just said 12.... but thanks for the compliments guys, yeah my chest doesnt really fit my body but strength wise its there. I've been off the past 6-7 months due to an injury so i'm now around 16-17%(guessing) at 194 :/. But i've been training with a monster named Doct.sus on this forum. So im sure i'll get back to where i was at in no time.

Shoulders look great. Chest is seriously lagging, however. Arms look good. Legs?

thanks for the input, basically i never really trained right in my life. But all that has changed. I just started using deadlifts and squats (powerlifting now) so i'm sure my back will benefit from that.

need some lat width and BF is more around 13-14 for sure. If you did a hydro test, your body was submerged in water then it should be accurate and maybe you gained a little fat and water weight since the test...but if you did an electric current water test (it tells you water content, etc) then they can easily be off by 2% due to water, etc. When I was around 11% I used to have fairly visible abs.
