hey guys,
im getting ready for my 1st PP cycle. just waiting for the rest of my supplements to arrive in country(iraq). i will start a log when i begin this cycle and try to post everyday with gains and reviews on the cycle. got a quick question first though. i was planning on running my PP like this......
10/20/20/30. does this sound ok or should i just go ahead and do the 20/20/20/20 cycle. ive read from several threads that 10 mg is not enough to do anything. what is everyones take on this matter......

189-192 lbs( differs slightly)
i got to the gym 4 days a week, M,T,T,F
