placement for double ended ball

Hey all, I was just wondering what's the proper placement of the ball of a double ended ball (has the bungie secured to the floor and the top string to the cealing). My question is where should the ball be? Face level like a speed bag or a little lower than face level?
Please help if you can.

Had no one ever used a double sided bag (you know, the one with elastic rope one the bottom and nylon rope on top)

Where should the bag be? Face level? Jab/cross level?

I need to know so I can set this up.

they don't have one where i train but it seems like in the movies it's about mid-torso level.
