Yes, but if your not happy with the results bump it to 45 min.
45 mins is optimum.
lipolisis???(i cant spell lol)....starts at 20 minutes(fat burning) so 30 minutes only equals 10 minutes of lipolisis.... so in theory if diet and training are correct, yes you will lose weight, but imo once you start to top out definately increase time

Actually, I should say "fat" as fat and weight are two entirely different things.
An impeccable dietary approach combined with cardio and weight training and eating in the correct manner to support those goals is what will yield fat loss.
Consistency is perhaps the biggest key of them all once you have the above in order.
