    Bulking Diet??? Need some help

    ---It all starts with Diet....i am aware of that now

    The 12th i wish to start a bulking diet for 3 months and see how it works...how does this sound...(please tear it apart if needed, probably needed)

    Meal 1: (Carb/Pro) 7 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 pieces wheat toast

    Meal 2: 1/2lb Ground beef + 2 slices cheese & one cup peas
    or can i use some sort of shake here???

    Meal 3: 2 pieces chicken breast with rice (Brown rice, how much)

    Meal 4: (MY FAV!) 2 cans tuna with pasta sauce and rice (any certain amount)

    Meal 5: PWO SHAKE: 50g Whey, 100g dextrose

    Meal 6: 2 pieces grilled chicken and fruit (what type)

    Meal 7: 2 tablespoon PB & One can tuna (This meal sucks, what should it be)

    Meal 8: Bed time.....50 grams Whey or should it be Casein Protein??


    Goal is Bulking....


    I want to get this down before i think about supplments... so hopefully i can get this good then work from there

    Without knowing your stats, I would say you would want to add a lot more EFA's. If you can, I would stick to whole foods for meal 2 (I would rely on whole foods as much as possible when bulking). PWO I would have a low GI carb such as brown rice/oatmeal instead of just a piece of fruit. Meal 7 isn't bad, just make sure it's natty PB. And meal 8 I would use Casein instead of whey (slower digestion), and/or cottage cheese. Make sure your including some sort of fat as well (EFA's). Not sure what the macros break down to, but it doesn't matter w/o knowing your stats.

    i am 6'0 about 205-210........low body fat not sure percent

    dont know how fast your metabolism is but when im bulking up i try to keep it pretty simple. i only keep it strict and plan out my meals when im dieting

    i just make sure i get 50g+ of protein and 100g+ of good complex carbs every 3 hours, usually eggs and oatmeal in the morning and the rest of my meals usually are chicken, fish, beef cooked up with some brown rice adding whatever you want. but its not very clean, i will eat anything when im bulking so the fat should take care of itself.

    i also always drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fresh foods and take a multi-vitamin and extra vitamins c and e

    if your bulking right you will put on some fat
