hey guys
ive been working out for a while now, in the first three or four months i put on 25 lbs but ive seemed to plateau. im about 6'2" 175 with only 5/6% bf. also im 22. whats a good diet i should start? do i go for bulk or lean muscle cause i still want to be cut and not thick. id like to get to 195/200, how long should that take me with a good schedule? i work out 5 or 6 times a week consistently. let me know, thanks
