    hey guys

    ive been working out for a while now, in the first three or four months i put on 25 lbs but ive seemed to plateau. im about 6'2" 175 with only 5/6% bf. also im 22. whats a good diet i should start? do i go for bulk or lean muscle cause i still want to be cut and not thick. id like to get to 195/200, how long should that take me with a good schedule? i work out 5 or 6 times a week consistently. let me know, thanks

    go to the diet forum and you will see sample diets for bulking or lean mass. If you want to stay lean do a lean mass diet. No one can tell you how long it will take b/c there are so many varibles. but check the diet forum out.

    In order to gain muscle and/or size you need to eat more calories than you burn, and to cut you need to burn more than you eat. Now you can find a fine line and eat slightly more than you burn and gain slower but steady, or you can eat a shitload and gain faster, but your going to have to accept an increase in bodyfat. And to be quite honest with you, there is going to be an increase in bodyfat regardless if your building. The guys who want to get big but still have great abs year round just never seem to grow, thats the bottom line
