Natural test levels always low, coming off cycle questions

I take a prescription for test because my natural levels are low due to non production. I stopped taking the script while I did my test e cycle and will be ending the cycle soon. My question is, do I need to do the pct like a normal person, or since I get it artificially anyways, I just go back on the script?(mind you when i take the script , my levels are at 5-600, normal being 3-800).
And as someone said in another post " If your own HRT even at a low dose it means your doc has totaly given up on you ever making your own test again. Test will shut you down your natural test even at low levels. By not taking your test for a while you are going with out any test at all. Why would you do this . "

Answer: yes he said my chances to produce my own are slim to none. I didnt stop taking in test, as I was on TEST E for my cycle. I know not exactly the same, but theoretically close. So technically, I didnt stop taking test.

thats a tough one....if you dont produce your own i'd imagine you have to bridge...but why dont you try pct first and see what happens..maybe ad some tribulus.

WOW, since the Doc gave up on your natural production, I think it would be best to discuss this with him. Let him know you did a cycle and want to know the best way to keep your HPTA where he wants them for normal.

    that is a tough one

I'd start my HRT dosage a week after discontinuing the TestE. Then have BW done shortly after.
But that's just me and I'm no doctor.

Well first of all you should be seeing an endocrinologist for this condition as a MD cannot fully diagnose these things. (I am in medicine so I can tell you)
You really do need to get a referal to an endocrinologist.
Another possible cause to WHY you're not producing enough is a lower spine issue, causing nerve issues, ones that control the vessels to/from the testes and therefore affecting functioning. I have seen this before in a case recently.
So go get the endocrinologist referal and also a referal for a professional that can assess lumbar spine issues.

I used to be very tired all the time, starting around puberty. I was "diagnosed" with anemia, but that was incorrect. I spent adolescence being tired and worn out all the time, which i think now is due the low production of testosterone. I changed doctors when I was 18, and voila, he diagnosis me with the low test. I dont think I ever produced what I needed.
