    Any major sides to Ephedrine

    Am considering using Vasopro (Ephedrine HCL) and wanted to know if there were any telltale sides, i.e, shakes (like those from clen) that accompany the usage of this product. I'd use the Vasapro on its own, rather than creating an ECA stack...

    Also, for those familiar with Vasopro, how effective is this product?

    THANKS!

    Rapid heart beat is one side effect.As well as sweating,shakes..and the worst side of all is dropping dead from a heart attack.I hate when that happens.

    The good thing with the last one is that you wont' have to worry about any more sides from the Ephedrine.....lolol
    Depending on time you take it, you may experience insomnia as well, Try not to drop dead though, that would be a bad thing!!

    Modest dosages is the key and use it like a supplement, what it was intended for, and you should be alright. Personally I never use it except for some cutting and I cycle it for a few weeks at a time during the spring and summer only. I still believe if you dont have your diet and training controled tightly then you have a bigger problem.

    I'd also add the possibility of addiction. As with all things that make one feel better, stronger, more alert or just good in general. Remember to step back AFTER CONSISTENT usage even it’s just for the weekends.

    I have used the following ECA stack with success:

    16-24mg Ephedrine HCL
    200mg Caffeine
    81mg Aspirin

    Sides can include shakes, insomnia (if taken too close to bed time), restlessness, a feeling of anxiety, rapid heart rate. Also, because of the way ephedrine works, it can cause prostate problems (if you are prone to such things) and while you are on it can interfere with the ability to get erections. This has something to do with ephedrine having a constrictive effect on veins and arteries.

    I personally am very cautious with this product. I know people who use up to 56mg in one dose. I notice that when I am on I have some shakes, restlessness, my mind races, and my heartrate is up. I sweat less (probably because it raises your homeostatic body temperature slightly). I use this product only 4 days per week at most and at most 2 doses per day of the above stack.

    I think this is an error.
    That would be an overdose.

    It should be 20-25. Thirty tops. You're taking twice the upper limit per serving.

    Most bottles say, do not exceed 20mgs four times within a 24hr period, for at total of 80mgs.

    You’re taking 180mgs.

    Ephedrine makes me lose my appetite and food is far to important for either dieting or bulking, personally i don't like it and wont use it anymore,

    If cutting is the goal i use food/cardio and try and get as much of as possible with hard work then i would consider using something just to shift the stubborn fat what might be left.

    Def had problems with erections after taking ephedrine... but I agree with BIGJAMES:

    16-24mg Ephedrine HCL
    200mg Caffeine (Guarana)
    81mg Aspirin (Childrens Asprin.. chewables)

    That works best for me as well...

    Caffine is addictive, so and ECA stack would be addictive.

    Sex is also addictive.

    Ephedrine isn't physically addictive, but it can be psychologically addictive, which means people like the buzz they get from it and take more. Soon, they are taking larger and larger doses to get the same effect because their bodies adjust to the amount they're getting-just like Petty Officer Crim. Here are signs to watch for in people abusing this drug:

    * hyperactivity
    * lack of appetite
    * secretiveness or withdrawal from family
    * nausea or vomiting
    * dizziness
    * headaches

    This is from the Navy. There are articles all over the net that discuss the chemical properties of Ephedrine - they are not addictive - but can be mentally because people like the feeling.

    If you stop taking Ephedrine, you DO NOT HAVE WITHDRAWL SICKNESS! Other truly addictive chemicals cause withdrawl tremors and sickness (alcohol, heroin, sedatives, narcotics, amphetamines). Case closed.
