    My workout partner.

For some reason this stupid caliper says he is 14%bf. But you can see for yourself hes much lower.

6'2", 178 lbs, 20 years old. Training for 2 years. All natural.

I'm going to be updating this every week or 2 with new results and pictures. He is trying new supplements and we are going to see how good of gains he gets from them.

He seems to have the same amount body fat I had when I was diagnosed (with an electric resistance test) as having 12% BF.

Caliper tests are not completely accurate. But he does not look like he has less than 11%--based on what I looked like when I had 12%

what do yall think about his structure and his genetics, do you think he has potential to get bigger but stay lean and stay natural.

For me I dont think he should be less than 12% BF...
By my experinence when you start seeing the abbs you're arround 10% BF!

it's not that bad if his not in diet...

Hey, I'm the guy in the pictures. I train very hard and i eat a lot, but i have a high metabolism. I just started taking Russian Bear 5000 to try to gain some weight. Also i'm taking creatine, L-arginine- Ornithine, and eating what ever I can. I don't do any cardio also.

yo dirty solid foods will give you more quality weight than your russian bear(didnt even know they still made that). when buying mrps and all other sups pay close attention to serving size. a serving of that is probably so much powder yu can barely choke it down. solid foods.

tell him to eat eat and eat....at his height it's difficult to put on mass....but he's got a shit load of natural test in his body...and unless he's competing which I doubt...I would not recommend a cycle till he's at least 25..and has reached his full potential naturally...

Too many young guys are so quick to jump on AAS....when they have so much test in their bodies naturally and don't need it

Good luck to him he's on the right track
