Hi guys, this is my first post and I am going to try and do a clean bulk. I had no idea how many calories I was taking getting in the past and i was gaining about 10-12 lbs per year. My goal is to gain about 8 Lbs after this 12 week bulk cycle. I am having a little trouble with some ideas of Pro/fat meals. I have the meat, but not sure what sides i can include along with the meat. (keep in mind it cant be fat/carbs because it is a clean bulk). I workout in the morning (because they say thats when test levels are the highest) so I will only have 1 meal under my belt before I workout. Bad Idea?

Lifting for almost 3 years.
So far here is what I have come up with:
Meal #1 (Pro/Carb): 1 cup Oatmeal: 6g fat, 54 carbs, 10g protein = 300 cal
1 Medium banana: 27 carbs 1g protein= 112 cal
-Lift-
PWO Shake- 40g Protein, 80g carbs= 480 cal
-PWOMeal- Meal #2 (Pro/Carb): 6 oz lean chicken breast: 4g fat, 56g protein= 260 calories, Spanish Rice w/ tomatoes: 3.5g fat, 147g carbs, 18g protein= 692 calories
Meal #3 (Pro/fat): 6 oz ground beef 36g fat, 40g protein=484 calories, (need side) ????
Meal #4 (Pro/fat): (need a whole meal here) ????
Meal #5 (Pro/fat): 6 oz lean chicken breast: 4g fat, 56g protein= 260, (need side) ?????
Need roughly 1500 more calories.
I am not a good cook at all and I am trying to have some variety in my meals so I dont get burnt out on them. Any advice/critique is welcome.
