I skipped my warmup set today before I started to do chest. 1st up was Inlcline Bench Press. I did 5 mins of the eliptical then 3 sets of cable crossovers. Thought I would fine to jump right into benching. Boy was I wrong. After First set my left tri started hurting down low. I still finished my entire workout but know it hurts bad!
Advil, Ice and rest.........Anything else I should be doing?
