    Skipped Warmup set then Ouch!

    I skipped my warmup set today before I started to do chest. 1st up was Inlcline Bench Press. I did 5 mins of the eliptical then 3 sets of cable crossovers. Thought I would fine to jump right into benching. Boy was I wrong. After First set my left tri started hurting down low. I still finished my entire workout but know it hurts bad!

    Advil, Ice and rest.........Anything else I should be doing?

    well I'm not an expert but I wouldn't work out on chest/tri's for a full week till you see how it's feeling in 7 days.

    resting that muscle group will always be a benefit.

    I'm going to skip Tris and hope my tri feels better next week when I attmept to do chest again...........wow advil does wonders
