L-Carnitine Questions?

HI..
Has anyone used L-Cartine Injectable?

I have previously (spot injections into my obligues and lower abs), however does anyone know the best way to use it?

Do you recommend it?

Can it expire? if so, is it bad to used an expired one? (mine is like 4 years old).

Any advice please.

same, is the injectable the same as the powder l carnitine over the counter ?

4 years might be too old.....2 years seems about right. I did a search for "L-Carnitine shelf life" and most of the supplements that had that specific ingredient had a shelf life of 2 years. Couldn't find much on the injectable so who knows.

i wouldnt consider using it if its 4yrs old.

How often are you supposed to use it? i.e If i were to inject into my Obligues?
and when are you supposed to use it? i.e. MOrning, before work out etc?
