Approximately 2 percent of the total testosterone is free, the rest is bound to SHBG and not available for use. As long as you don't have any binding problem a normal range of 500-600 ng/dl (total testosterone)will be enough to take care of all of your androgen receptors, or 10-12 ng/dl of "free testosterone". Jacking up the total testoterone doesn't make much difference in the free test. A total of 800 ng/dl will only give you 16 in free test. Since testosterone is more androgenic than anabolic it won't work nearly as well as an anabolic steroid, e.g. Dianabol, Anavar, or Anadrol 50. Dianabol was the best but they stopped making it in the U.S. Back in 1972 I took Dianabol, by-it-self, 5 mg a day for only 30 days and my bench press went up 110lbs. The little blue pill was like magic!
