You do not want to "work through the pain" you are going to cause more problems. There are some good articles/posts in this http://forums.steroid.com/forumdisplay.php?f=103 (the one you posted in) look above at the sticky's... also you may want to go see your doctor or someone that does A.R.T.

Make sure you are warming your shoulders up good before and cooling them down with stretches each and every workout.

hey bro, i know exacly what u mean, i had the same thing going on with my shoulder, started 1 year ago and got worse coz i didnt give it a rest, i ended up with tendonitis, got depressed didnt eat or train and lost loads of weight. my point is dont make the same mistake i made, go to a doc and get an mri, and do these excersizes 3-4 times a week, 20-30 reps, use really light weights and add a lil bit after a week and so on. count to 3 missisipis(sp?) when u lift and 6missisips(sp?) when u release, when ur done ice ur shoulder for 20min, ice it a couple of times a day.

btw today is the first day im going to the gym in 12 months lol since my injury.
