    Here's my diet, please Critique

I have read the "How to Cut" thread which I used to somewhat model my diet after. However, given the restrictions of my job as well as times that I can make it to the gym, I have changed it to fit my needs.

I am 240, 24%bf, wanting to cut. I have always bulked before and was in damn good shape until I took a year off from training/eating right and gained a LOT of fat. This is the first time I am really putting much effort into cutting, so I want to do it right.

Here is the typical day. Actually almost every day is the same....

    6:30AM 30-45min Cardio

    8:00AM Protein Shake/Eggs/ 1/2 cup Oats

    11:00AM Tuna/2Tbsp Miracle Whip Light/ EFA supp

    2:00PM Protein Shake

    6:00PM 30-45min Cardio

    7:00PM Tuna/2Tbsp Miracle Whip Light/ EFA supp

    8:00PM Weight Training

    9:00PM PWO Shake (50g Pro, 50g Dextrose, 50g Maltodextrin)

    9:30PM 8oz Chicken or Beef / 1/2Cup Oats

Is there anything that is really wrong with this? All advise is welcome. I have just started this last week, feel pretty good about it.

Also, was considering maybe adding 25mg Ephedrine Hcl / 2.5mg Yohimbine Hcl in a month or two.

    Thanks,
    GBH

Cardio twice a day in that fashion followed by a workout later as well would have me totally over-trained and very tired.

I added the second cardio session to try and maximize fat loss. If I were to only do the morning cardio but did it 4-5 days a week, would my results still be pretty good?

I was thinking about dropping the second cardio just for the fact that its starting to cut into my weight training quite a bit, energy-wise.

    Thanks for the input.

Also, I snack on Low Sodium Sunflower seeds quite a bit. is this going to hinder progress significantly?

Would taking extra EFAs with the Shake at 2pm be overkill on the EFAs?
Also the shake is 50g Protein, ~4g Carbs, ~2g Fat.

I'm not sure you can get TOO many EFA's as long as they are within the amounts set for your goals.
