Yes, I know, everyones gonna say you gotta use test. But lets say that I'm not gonna use test. I really dont want to put on much more weight, just harden up a bit.
I'm about 6'1, 200 lbs and about 12-15 percent body fat. I've been lifting for years and have done one previous cycle of only deca (two years ago).
I was thinking about taking 400mg deca weekly and 75-100mg winny every other day for about six weeks. I was also planning on taking nova for the last three weeks of the cycle and for three weeks afterwards. I know I probably dont need the nova, but I really dont want gyno.
I'm definatly a beginner user and would appreciate any advice.
